20 minute MI query – £90
This service is aimed at clinicians seeking advice in the form of a 20-minute telephone/videoconference appointment while the MI clinician accesses information from less than 4 independent sources of information. Advice will be provided verbally.

Written response to an MI query – £190
This service is provided for more complex queries where the MI clinician will need to perform a detailed literature search. Details of the query will be taken through an initial 20-minute telephone/videoconference appointment. The MI clinician will undertake a comprehensive literature search and will provide written feedback and advice. We aim to complete complex queries, requiring written responses, within 3-5 working days.

Medication Review for a patient – £290
This service is for enquirers who would like an expert MI clinician to review all available medical notes, clinical letters or any other additional information to provide an independent medication treatment review and recommendations regarding future treatment options. A written response is given, which includes details of medication historically trialled, understood response, adverse effects and evidence base for suggested next steps in treatment options. The detail of the written report is dependent on the information provided.
The service includes an initial 20 minute telephone/videoconference appointment, review of the documentary information provided, detailed literature review and written report. We aim to complete medication reviews within 7-10 working days after receiving all relevant information.
Please be aware for cases that have over 500 pages of medical notes and information to process, an individualised quote will be done.

Attendance to Peer Group Discussion
60 minute meeting – £190
This service is offered to peer groups of up to 5 healthcare professionals would like an expert mental health pharmacist to attend a peer review group discussion. The MI clinician will aim to answer brief queries, give an update on medicines information relating to the topics discussed, take part in case based discussions and provide the enquirers with a unique MDT feel by having a highly specialist pharmacist in attendance at their CPD session.
